I was thinking of replacing it with a Celestion speaker rated at 8 ohms, which I took out of a 75 watt solid state line 6 spider 3 combo amp. Both are 12 inches. Is this possible without any resulting compromises? If there are, what are they?

I hear some annoying noise whose intensity grows proportionally to the amount of gain.
It sound fine on clean( no gain) but there’s still a Continuously noise, but not so noticeable.
Also, whenever I touch a string I can hear an annoying noise that lasts for about 1 second.
